• All orders must be placed in advance with appropriate notice time
• Custom orders require a deposit upon confirmation
• Payment is due in full upon pickup or delivery
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery
• Custom cake orders require 72 hours notice for cancellation
• Deposits may be non-refundable for custom orders cancelled within 24 hours

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery to resolve any issues.

Limitation of Liability

Unveil Bake liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper storage or handling of products after delivery.
